Can I list my asset here?

Yes. We do not charge a listing fee. If you want to be listed, just click on the ‘List asset’ link at the bottom of the page. As long as your asset passes our internal criteria, we will get you listed as soon as possible.

‘Internal Criteria’ can include things such as the type of asset, size of your community, what your asset represents, community interaction, as well as many other things.

 

Why do you require two factor security?

Two factor security is by far one of the best ways to secure your account and prevent unauthorized usage. Passwords routinely get leaked all the time on the internet. Even if somebody has your password, if they do not have access to your two factor device then they can not log in. You can use the website without two factor security, however a daily limit may be placed on your account.

 

Do you offer airdrops or competitions or other gimmicks?

No. Our focus is on the security and speed of trading, deposits, and withdrawals only. We will not be offering any of those types of things.

 

How do you keep coins safe while they are deposited here?

We keep the majority of funds in offline safe wallets. As deposits come into the system we move them directly to the safe wallet, then we only move assets into the withdrawal wallets as needed. The amounts we keep in the withdrawal wallets can vary depending on the volume of withdrawal activity.

 

What is your backup policy?

We make a backup of the database, configuration files, and wallet files every 4 hours. The backups are then retrieved by an external server for storage with a retention of 30 days. The external backup server does not have a public IP address and is stored in a secure area.

 

Do I need to use my real name on registration?

No, but if you lose your password and also access to your email, then the name you give may be the only way we can verify the account is yours. So keep that in mind.
